Our Neigborhood has an aging system, we are currently researching and making considerations for future needs in order to maintain providing for our water needs. Currently proposing Bond approval for upcoming needs someof the items include..
- Tank Repairs and Replacing one of the current tanks
- State Regulatory mandated updates
- Valve Design and implementation of new distribution lines, This will help with isolation of the system and decrease amount of customers disrupted during repairs.
- New distribution system will allow us to install Fire Hydrants throughout the neighborhood, which can also give you an insurance premium discount.
- Potential ability to drill new well, deep enough to bypass our current aquifer, which is controlled and taxed by SJRA (San Jacinto River Authority). This would eliminate SJRA Fees being tacked onto our Bills...
- BOND APPROVAL Is needed to start the process of some much needed repairs/updates, and also considers future money which may or may not be needed over the next 20+ years to ensure we can continue to provide services to our neighborhood in the residents best interest.
